Returns or exchanges are accepted for items purchased online from www.photo-haiku.co.uk/buy

Legally you have 14 days to make a decision regarding returning or exchanging online purchases (cancellation period), by which point you should let us know, stating the reason for the return or exchange. You then have a further 14 days to return the purchase in its original condition.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, and proof must be given - this may include sending photographs.

Once the item/s are returned, a refund or exchange will be made within 5 business days.

We do not charge any additional fees for returns or exchanges and you will receive a full refund once the item/s are returned.
